Terms of Service

1. Purpose #

These Terms of Service govern the use of mobile applications and related services (“Services”) provided by YoungWon Studio (“Company”).

2. Services Provided #

The Company provides the following services:

  • Mobile applications and related content
  • Other services as determined by the Company

3. Changes and Discontinuation #

The Company may change or discontinue services with prior notice. In cases of force majeure, notice may be given after the fact.

4. User Obligations #

Users must not engage in the following:

  • Unauthorized use of another person’s information
  • Interference with the Company’s services
  • Violation of applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property #

All intellectual property rights in the Services (including text, images, and software) belong to the Company.

6. User Content #

Some Services may allow users to import, save, copy, share, or otherwise manage images, videos, documents, text, or other content. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions for any content they import, save, copy, or share through the Services, and users are responsible for their use of such content.

7. Disclaimer #

  • The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events.
  • The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by the user’s own actions.

8. Refund Policy #

Refunds for paid apps follow the Apple App Store refund policy. Please submit refund requests through Apple.

9. Dispute Resolution #

Disputes related to the Services shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

10. Changes to These Terms #

The Company may modify these terms and will announce changes through the website.
