Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of mobile applications and related services (“Services”) provided by YoungWon Studio (“Company”).

2. Services Provided #

The Company provides the following services:

  • Mobile applications and related content
  • Other services as determined by the Company

3. Changes and Discontinuation #

The Company may change or discontinue services with prior notice. In cases of force majeure, notice may be given after the fact.

4. User Obligations #

Users must not engage in the following:

  • Unauthorized use of another person’s information
  • Interference with the Company’s services
  • Violation of applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property #

All intellectual property rights in the Services (including text, images, and software) belong to the Company.

6. Disclaimer #

  • The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events.
  • The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by the user’s own actions.

7. Refund Policy #

Refunds for paid apps follow the Apple App Store refund policy. Please submit refund requests through Apple.

8. Dispute Resolution #

Disputes related to the Services shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

9. Changes to These Terms #

The Company may modify these terms and will announce changes through the website.
