My game progress is not being saved #

Close the app completely and relaunch it. If the app was force-quit, progress will be restored from the last save point.

The theme is not applying correctly #

Try selecting the theme again in Settings. Restarting the app should apply it properly.

I purchased ad removal but still see ads #

Tap Settings > Restore Purchases to restore your purchase history.


Clareo FAQ #

iCloud sync is not working #

Go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud and make sure Clareo is enabled. Also check your network connection.

How do I use Clarify mode? #

When there are items in your Inbox, tap the Clarify button. Swipe cards left or right to triage and categorize each item.

I want to restore my premium features #

Tap Settings > Restore Purchases to restore previously purchased premium features.
