TimeTint Privacy Policy

Effective Date: November 1, 2026

YoungWon Studio (“we”) provides TimeTint (“the App”). This policy explains how the App stores your plans and how optional Apple services and support inquiries are handled.

1. Information We Receive

The App does not require a TimeTint account. We do not operate a server that collects your schedules or activity content. The App has no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics or crash reporting SDK.

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use these to respond to your inquiry and retain them for up to one year after the inquiry is resolved, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. You may ask us to delete your inquiry.

2. Plans Stored on Your Device

Schedule titles, activities, dates, times, repeat rules, templates, and related changes are stored locally using SwiftData and app files. Device preferences, notification choices and recovery drafts also remain on the device. The App does not upload this content to a company content server.

3. Optional Private iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync, plans, activities, repeats, templates and information needed to reconcile changes are stored in your private CloudKit database and synced across your Apple devices. Apple provides this service under your Apple account. Device-specific display settings and notification choices are handled separately.

Turning off sync does not automatically delete data already in iCloud. Deletions made while syncing may propagate to other devices, subject to connectivity and system processing. You can manage the App’s iCloud storage in Apple’s settings. Apple’s Privacy Policy applies to Apple services.

4. Widgets and Notifications

The App shares a local plan snapshot with its WidgetKit extension using an App Group on the same device. Widgets may show schedule titles and times on your Home Screen. Widget updates are managed by the system.

Start notifications are optional. The App asks for permission when you explicitly enable them. Notifications may include a schedule title and start time. You can control permission and previews in system settings. Choices are specific to each device; a notification is not guaranteed to be delivered at a particular moment.

5. In-App Purchases

Apple processes the optional TimeTint Pro purchase. We do not receive card or bank details. The App verifies Apple transactions and keeps a device-local purchase entitlement cache in Keychain; it does not send this cache to a company server. Purchase history, billing and refund handling follow Apple’s policies.

The App does not request camera, photo library, microphone, location, contacts, external calendar or advertising tracking access. It does not provide public content sharing or content uploads to other users.

If you open an external website or email app, that service’s privacy practices apply. Website analytics are separate from the App’s data practices.

7. Keeping and Deleting Data

You can edit or delete plans in the App. Removing the App deletes its local app data, subject to operating-system backup and storage behavior. Removing the App or a widget does not automatically erase your iCloud content, Apple purchase history, or every Keychain record. Use the relevant Apple settings to manage cloud storage and backups. The App does not offer a company account requiring a separate account deletion process.

8. Sharing and Your Choices

We do not sell plan data or use it for advertising. Optional iCloud and App Store transactions are provided by Apple as described above. You can use local planning without iCloud, decline notifications, and remove widgets. If a support inquiry includes personal information, you can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law.
