NumiTrail Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 30, 2026

YoungWon Studio (the “Company”) values your privacy. This policy describes data handling in the NumiTrail application (the “App”).

1. Information Received Directly by the Company

The App does not require registration or an app account. The Company does not operate a backend that collects app data, and the App does not send game progress or play history to advertising or analytics services.

If you email us, we receive your email address and information you voluntarily include in your message. We use this information to answer your inquiry and resolve the issue. It is retained for up to one year after the inquiry is resolved and then deleted, unless a legally required retention period applies.

2. Game Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores puzzles and unfinished paths, stage completion and restoration progress, generated-puzzle issuance and progress information, play history and solving times, hint usage, and appearance, audio, and haptic settings in its local device storage. Game data and play history use local files; settings and hint usage use storage such as device UserDefaults.

This information supports resuming puzzles, preserving progress, reviewing play history, managing daily hints, and applying preferences. The App has no company-server upload feature that gives the Company access to this local data. If you voluntarily attach records or images to a support inquiry, we handle them as support information under Section 1.

3. Accounts and Sync

NumiTrail does not provide its own account or iCloud/CloudKit sync for game data. Whether app data is included in an iOS device backup depends on your operating system and backup settings. Device backup is separate from game-data sync and is governed by Apple’s policies and your settings.

4. In-App Purchases

Optional full access is a non-consumable, one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. Apple App Store processes payments. The App uses StoreKit to obtain product information and verify purchase entitlements when determining access to content.

The Company does not receive your full payment-card details or operate a backend that stores receipts or transaction histories. Restoring a purchase checks purchase entitlements for your Apple Account; it does not transfer game progress or play history from another device. See Apple’s Privacy Policy for Apple’s handling of data in its services.

5. Advertising, Tracking, and Third-Party SDKs

The App does not display ads, use advertising identifiers, or track you across other apps or websites. It includes no third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDK. Processing by Apple’s App Store and operating system, and by external services you choose, is governed by their respective policies.

6. Sharing Completion Images and Puzzle Codes

When you choose to share, the App creates a completion image on your device with information such as the finished route and solving time, then passes it to the system share sheet. Images are prepared as temporary files. You choose the destination; the App does not automatically publish them to a company server.

After unlocking full access, you can share or import puzzle codes. Codes contain information needed to reproduce a number board. A code you explicitly paste is validated and processed locally. The App does not automatically collect clipboard contents in the background or operate a public user feed.

The policies of the receiving app, messaging service, or storage destination apply to shared images and codes. Copies saved externally or delivered to recipients are not automatically deleted when you delete the App.

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, or contacts, or permission for advertising tracking. It does not provide broad read access to your photo library. The operating system manages the save or share actions you select in the system share sheet and any required system permissions.

Selecting links such as Terms of Use or Privacy Policy may open an external webpage. The website’s policies apply to that visit. Page-visit analytics on the YoungWon Studio website are separate from handling play data inside the App.

8. Retention, Deletion, and Your Rights

Local game data remains on your device while supporting the App’s features. Deleting the App removes its local app data from that device. Offloading the App may preserve data, and existing device backups or externally shared copies must be managed separately in the relevant service.

There is no separate account-deletion process because the App has no app account. The Company cannot remotely view or delete game data stored only on your device. Contact us below to request access, correction, or deletion of support-email information or for other privacy inquiries.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App does not request ages or dates of birth, create profiles identifying children, or provide a separate feature for collecting children’s play data. Parents and guardians should help children avoid including personal information in external shares or support emails. If you learn that a support inquiry contains a child’s personal information, you may request deletion using the contact below.

10. Contact and Policy Changes

If the App’s features or data practices change, we may revise this policy and publish the updated text and effective date on this page.
