DuoPop Privacy Policy

YoungWon Studio provides DuoPop. This policy explains how information is handled in the game, including Google AdMob advertising and optional Apple in-app purchases.

Information Kept on Your Device#

DuoPop stores game progress, scores, recent game records, preferences and purchase entitlement information on your device. No DuoPop account is required. We do not operate a server that receives your game boards or records, and the app does not provide iCloud or cross-device game sync. Device backups managed by Apple may include local app data; backups are separate from app sync.

Advertising and Consent#

The free game uses Google AdMob for banner and optional rewarded ads, and Google’s User Messaging Platform to manage consent where applicable. These services may process IP-derived approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app interactions, crash information and performance diagnostics for advertising, measurement, analytics and service operation. Google handles this information under its policies. DuoPop does not request access to your precise location.

When iOS tracking authorization is needed and has not been decided, DuoPop uses Apple’s system App Tracking Transparency prompt. Your choice controls access to the advertising identifier (IDFA) and tracking that requires permission. Declining does not stop you playing. Ads and other SDK processing may still occur as allowed by your consent, platform settings and applicable law. Consent forms may appear where required. If available for your region, the game’s privacy options let you revisit advertising consent.

An optional one-time purchase removes banners and provides one ad-free continue per game. Rewarded ads and this benefit share a one-continue-per-game limit. An ad-free entitlement stops new advertising loads in the game; it does not itself erase information previously processed by Google.

Purchases#

Apple processes in-app payments. YoungWon Studio does not receive your payment card details. The app uses StoreKit product and verified transaction or entitlement information to show the current offer, restore purchases and apply benefits. Purchase entitlement data is stored locally; purchase verification does not upload your game records to us. Apple’s own policies govern App Store transactions.

Permissions and Sharing#

DuoPop does not request camera, microphone, photo library, contacts or precise location access for gameplay. Tracking authorization is optional. The app has no public user content, social profile or built-in game-data sharing service.

Support Messages and Retention#

If you email contact@youngwonstudio.com , we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond and keep support correspondence for up to one year after the issue is resolved, unless a longer period is required by law. Please avoid sending sensitive information. We do not sell support correspondence.

Local game data remains on your device until removed or the app is deleted, subject to Apple-managed backups and restores. Advertising data retention is governed by Google and your settings. Purchase records held by Apple follow Apple’s retention rules.

Your Choices and Requests#

You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings and revisit available advertising privacy options in the game. Delete DuoPop to remove its local app data; manage device backups separately in Apple’s settings. You can restore an eligible purchase using the same Apple account. For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions about information we receive directly, contact us. Requests about information held by Google or Apple may need to be made to those providers.

Children#

DuoPop does not ask players to enter their age or create an account. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate. Parents can manage tracking and purchases using Apple’s device controls.

Service Providers and International Processing#

Google and Apple may process information outside your country under their policies and applicable safeguards. YoungWon Studio does not operate its own advertising data repository or sell your game records.

Changes and Contact#

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
